Adding a Windmill to the Thirdfloor of the Tavern

I have been working on adding a windmill to the attic of the tavern. The “blades” were build from shipmasts and sails. As the wind blows the “blades” turn. This turns the millstone inside the attic which grinds the grain. We are currently growing and grinding: wheat, rye, barley, corn, and sa tarna. It gets hauled up to the third floor and ground into bags or barrels. In a couple of cases the grain can be fed into brew kettles directly via a shoot from the third floor.

The Tavern Gets A Radio

Daisy recently added a radio to the tavern. It can be found behind the bar above in the alcove. It has various stations with various music.

Braveheart’s Tavern Has Opened

This isn’t a club for the masses of SL crazies to congregate, dance and/or chase the tails of other SL crazies…. this tavern is a quiet low brow place for pirates, travellers and friends to come and have some libation during the course of their journies and adventures.

This is also the headquarters of Braveheart’s Brewery, Winery, and Distillery. Here Daisy and I produce various libations that are popular among various races and peoples of SL. We are also a windmill and cooperage. The occasional traveller is welcome to our tavern and to explore our parcel…. however…. the castle is offlimits and open displays of slavery, in any form, will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave… ejected if necessary.

Besides the libations produced on the premesis we are also happy to offer libations produced by other people. Either in shipped kegs or produced under contract. So there will always be an interesting array of drinks to be had.
